Set amongst the trees, with the stunning Hawk Conservancy as your backdrop, our Artisan Market offers a truly unique trading experience.
This market will form part of the Hawk Conservancy visitor day, giving paid visitors an added layer to their already memorable visit. Gazebos will be thoughtfully dotted throughout the woodland setting, creating a relaxed, discover-as-you-go atmosphere where visitors can browse, connect, and shop directly with local makers and producers.
We’re welcoming applications from artisan food producers and makers who love quality, storytelling, and engaging with customers. Please note that hot food vendors are not required for this event, as the venue has its own on-site restaurant facilities.

Important Information for Vendors
- Vendors will be required to supply their own gazebo, along with tables and chairs.
- Vendors will be required to hold PLI to the amount of 5m.
- Gazebos need to be of commercial grade and weighted with 12kg min on each leg.
- Free parking is available on site. However, due to venue restrictions, vehicles are not permitted within the market area. We recommend bringing a trolley to assist with transporting stock and equipment from the parking area to your pitch.
- This is a closed event and not open to the general public. Attendance is limited to paid Hawk Conservancy visitors on the day, creating a focused audience who are already engaged and spending time at the venue.
- The event date has been carefully selected based on visitor data from the past two years. This particular Sunday in March has consistently delivered strong footfall, with visitor numbers typically around 400.
- Set up is from 9am and clear away and take down will not be permitted until directed by the Market Organiser or at close of market.
- This is an outdoor market and is therefore weather dependent. In the event of severe weather being forecast, the event may be postponed or cancelled. Any postponements or refunds will be managed in line with CW Events Hampshire’s Terms and Conditions.
- This event will be promoted jointly by CW Events Hampshire and the Venue.
Getting There
By Car
Situated four miles west of Andover, Hampshire, just off the A303 and 20 minutes from Stonehenge. From the A303, follow the brown tourist signs.
By Public Transport
The nearest train stations are Grateley Village (4.5 miles) or Andover Town (4.2 miles). The nearest major bus station is in Andover (4.7 miles).
