A Two-Day Celebration of the Very Best of Hampshire Local Produce
Delivered in partnership with Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, this vibrant two-day event will bring together an exceptional collection of Hampshire’s finest food and drink producers, all set within the stunning surroundings of the gardens.
The event will be open not only to garden visitors, but free to attend for the wider public, creating a true community celebration of local flavour, creativity, and craft.
Visitors will be encouraged to taste, sample and experience what Hampshire has to offer, with vendors offering tasters, demonstrations and interactive moments designed to spark conversation and connection. This is about more than shopping – it’s about discovery, storytelling and enjoying the best of local produce together.
The event will be jointly marketed by CW Events Hampshire and Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, ensuring strong regional visibility and a well-promoted, high-quality experience for both visitors and traders.
Pitches are Priced £60 Per Day or £110 for the Weekend.
Important Information for Vendors
- Vendors will be required to supply their own gazebo, along with tables and chairs.
- Vendors will be required to hold PLI to the amount of 5m.
- Gazebos need to be of commercial grade and weighted with 12kg min on each leg.
- Free parking is available on site. However, due to venue restrictions, vehicles are not permitted within the market area. We recommend bringing a trolley to assist with transporting stock and equipment from the parking area to your pitch.
- This event is open to paying visitors and the general public.
- The event date has been carefully selected based on visitor data from the previous years. Footfall from paying visitors is anticipated to be around the xxxx mark with additional footfall coming from the general public coming solely for the food event.
- Set up is from 8am and clear away and take down will not be permitted until directed by the Market Organiser or at close of market.
- This is an outdoor market and is therefore weather dependent. In the event of severe weather being forecast, the event may be postponed or cancelled. Any postponements or refunds will be managed in line with CW Events Hampshire’s Terms and Conditions.
- This event will be promoted jointly by CW Events Hampshire and the Venue.
