CW Events Hampshire – Market Terms (Summary)

CW Events Hampshire (“the Market Organisers”) runs family-friendly markets and pop-up events. By applying for and paying for a pitch, traders confirm they have read, understood and agreed to the full Terms & Conditions.

Key Information

• All traders must trade safely, legally and professionally
• Public Liability Insurance of £5m minimum is required
• Applications are approved at the Market Organisers’ discretion
• A pitch is not confirmed until full payment is received

Payments & Bookings

• All pitch fees are payable in advance
• Payment deadlines are shown on the invoice or booking platform
• Late or unpaid bookings may be cancelled and offered to another trader

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be made by email
• Refunds depend on notice given before the market date
• A £5 admin fee applies to all refunds
• Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable

Market Cancellations

• If a market is cancelled by the organisers, traders will be offered:
– A refund (minus £5 admin fee), or
– A transfer to a future event (where possible)

On the Day

• Traders must set up and pack down only at the stated times
• Stalls must remain open for the full trading hours
• Pitch locations are allocated by the organisers and may change for safety

Goods & Trading Standards

• Only approved goods may be sold
• All items must be legal, compliant and family-friendly
• Prohibited items include offensive content, political materials, fur products and anything illegal

Conduct & Safety

• Traders must follow instructions given by the organisers at all times
• Zero tolerance applies to abusive, aggressive or unsafe behaviour
• Failure to comply may result in removal without refund

Other Important Information

• Sales, footfall, exclusivity and pitch position are not guaranteed
• Traders are responsible for their own stock, insurance and customer returns
• Photos and videos taken at markets may be used for promotional purposes
