Our events are carefully and personally curated, with every trader chosen to ensure the right balance, quality and variety. This isn’t about filling spaces — it’s about creating markets that feel considered, professional and exciting for both traders and customers.


We take marketing seriously. From strong social media campaigns and targeted content to paid advertising and venue-led promotion, our events are promoted properly — not just with a few local flyers. We work in partnership with our venues, carefully selecting the best dates and times based on their visitor insights, and sharing promotion across their member databases, websites and social channels to maximise footfall.


On the day, you’re fully supported. Our team is on hand throughout the event, offering help with set-up, clear-down and anything you need in between. We operate professionally, with full insurances, risk assessments, first aid provision and clear event management in place — so you can focus on doing what you do best: selling your products and connecting with customers.


Communication matters to us. You’ll receive clear, timely information before the event, support during the day, and follow-up afterwards — because we see our traders as partners, not just stallholders.

How to apply to trade at our events?

We use a secure, professional booking platform to keep everything simple and safe. Payments are fully secure, and all your details are stored and managed in one place.


When you sign up for the first time, you’ll just complete a short trader profile. After that, you’re free to log in and apply for any of our events whenever you like. From applications and emails to invoices and payments, everything is handled securely through one easy-to-use system — giving you clarity, confidence and one less thing to worry about.
